Fox News Ignores ‘Don’t Ask’ Repeal

Gays may now be able to serve openly in the armed forces, but don’t tell that to Fox News. According to the site Think Progress, the conservative television network mentioned the repeal of “Don’t Ask Don’t Tell” only 16 times on the first day of a new policy that allows homosexual men and women to serve in the military without fear of being discharged because of their sexual orientation. By contrast, CNN and MSNBC gave prominent coverage to the old law’s repeal.
